Purchasing
You can purchase any of our products via any of the following methods:
Place an online order on www.forpetmenot.co.uk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - We take orders from the Uk and Ireland only, at this time.
Please note - We only process and dispatch orders from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Price
Unless otherwise agreed, the price of goods will be that ruling in the Sellers price list at date of despatch. Seller reserves the right to alter prices at any time without notice.
Payment
Payment methods accepted
Visa Credit card, Mastercard, Solo, Maesto, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and paypal
All credit/debit card details are encrypted by Protx using a secure ordering system. Your bank or credit card company may require security checks to validate your purchase.
All payments are taken in GBP (UK pound).
Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Forpet-me-not until paid for in full.
Privacy Policy
Forpet-me-not does not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party.
Delivery
At Forpet-Me-Not we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12 noon GMT (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day,
and will be delivered to you the following day (subject to stock availability and any security checks).
Please note: Pet memorials can take 2-3 weeks to arrive from the initial order date, this is due to the customisation and labour involved!
Orders placed after 4:30pm GMT during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.

Standard next day charge : £10.50 to most mainland U.K. addresses (zone A)
£40.00 to : Northern & Southern Ireland & North of Scotland and the Channel Islands (Zone B)
Saturday delivery to Zone A ONLY ! @ £35.00
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
The period in which you can exercise that right is 7 working days beginning the day after your goods are received. The unused goods must be returned, at the customers expense, within the 7 days of the notice to cancel. We will inspect the goods prior to replacement or refund.
For personalised orders that are cancelled or returned, we reserve the right to charge for the expense of the personalised components and labour (and postage if dispatched).
Goods Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 01457 851122. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever is your preference.
Faulty Goods
If there is an obvious defect and/or under the manufacturers recommendation it needs to be returned, please notify us and return the goods within the 28 days of receipt.
Within 28 days of purchase, if your goods are faulty we will offer a prompt replacement. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We must be notified of the fault within 28 days of purchase and proof of purchase MUST be provided.
Returns Policy
Please check your order details before pressing the checkout button. Items can not be returned due to incorrect engraving if you have supplied incorrect information.
If you return your goods
UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION within the 10 day purchase period, we will exchange it or refund your money.
We will not refund or exchange an item when a product has been specially ordered for you.
Please package any returned items carefully and return them, for your own protection, via a recorded and insured method of carriage. Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery is recommended. The cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty or delivered to you in error. A maximum of £18.00 can be credited towards any delivery costs incurred. It is your responsibility to check your consignment, if any incorrect goods are supplied you must notify us wit hin 48 hours of delivery. After this period mistakes cannot be rectified.
Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with it.
